This video is from 'Everything Is Illuminated' based on the book bestseller Jonathan Safran Foer.
This however is a beautiful message of Tiziano Terzani, taken from ANAM - The Nameless. I always recommend reading his books, for me, were (and still are) the basic texts.
On Youtube you will find more on this subject and also on vegetarianism and Foer Terzani which are clearly two great people.
