Uncle Mac
Perché gli hamburger di McDonald’s non si decompongono mai
La vera storia dietro la storia

It's always interesting to note how the mainstream media "discover" new information that they believe to be healthy even if the community has spoken for years. For example, the New York Times recently published an article titled When medicines cause problems that should prevent.
We talked for years of this argument, how chemotherapy causes cancer, drugs for osteoporosis and bone fractures cause such as antidepressants lead to suicidal behavior.
The last "new" discovery by the mainstream media is that the burgers and fries of McDonald's Happy Meal does not go bad, even if you leave them for six months. This story was taken from CNN, the Washington Post and other commercial media that seem to have been struck by the fact that junk food chains of fast food does not rot.
The funny thing is that the industry had already healthy interest in this topic years ago.
Remember the Bionic Burger video by Len Foley? It was published in 2007 and has been seen 2 million times on YouTube. In the video there's a guy who bought his hamburger at McDonald's in 1989 after two decades and have not yet decomposed!
Now he maintains a museum of hamburger is not damaged in his basement.
The mainstream media have taken up this story? No, not a word. The story was completely ignored. Only in 2010, when an artist has posted a story about a McDonald's hamburger that six months was not bad, the media have said.
Check out the video above and you'll see a whole museum of hamburgers and Big Macs gathered over the years, and none of them has decomposed.
It is of particular interest especially since the recent "Project Happy Meal" that checks the status of a burger for six months, has attracted much criticism from those who claim that the hamburger goes bad if you give them enough time. These critics apparently ignore the existence of the museum of mummified burger since 1989. This stuff seems to never rot!
Because of McDonald's hamburgers do not decompose?
So why hamburgers and fast food fries do not rot? The easiest answer might be that many are made with chemicals that would attack them even mold.
This is partly true, but not all.
The truth is that many processed foods do not rot or are attacked by mold, insects or mice. Try to leave the margarine out in the courtyard and you will see that nothing of the attack. The margarine seems to be immortal!
Crisps last decades. The frozen pizza is highly resistant to decomposition. You know
sausages and processed meat sold at Christmas and during the holidays? You can keep them for years and never go bad.
The main reason why the meat does not decompose is their high sodium content.
Salt is a great preservative, as they knew that humans have used for millennia. The meatballs are so full of McDonalds sodium that are considered processed meat, not to mention the chemicals that may contain.
on the meat I have no doubt about their lack of decomposition. The question I do instead is because it happens the same with the sandwiches? This is the part that scares me, since the bread begins to create a natural mold after a few days. What can never be in rolls of McDonalds that preserves them from microscopic life for over two decades?
In fact, if you are not chemists can not even read the ingredients list in person. Here's what's in the rolls, as indicated in the website (not the Italian one, ndt) of McDonald's:
enriched flour (wheat flour bleached, malted wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzymes), water, high fructose syrup (HFCS), sugar, yeast, soybean oil and / or partially hydrogenated soybean oil, contains 2% or less of: salt, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, wheat gluten , ammonium sulphate, ammonium chloride, agents the dough softeners (sodium lactate steaorile, diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, mono-and diglycerides, monocalcium phosphate, enzymes, guar gum, calcium peroxide, soybean meal), propionate calcium and sodium propionate (preservatives), soy lecithin.
Not bad, right? Above all, the HFCS (someone wants to diabetes?), Partially hydrogenated soybean oil (causes heart disease) and the long list of chemicals such as ammonium sulphate and sodium propionate. Yumm, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
But the dramatic truth is that I think nothing ever eat the sandwich McDonald (except humans) because it is not food!
No animal can have normal perception of McDonald's sandwich as a food and what is not bacteria or molds. According to their common sense, that stuff is not edible. That's why these bionic burger will never go bad.
And now coming to my conclusion on this ridiculous story: there is only one species on the planet earth that is so stupid as to think that the burgers in McDonald's food. This species suffers from high rates of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, dementia and obesity. This is a species that claims to be the smartest on the planet and yet behaves so stupid feeding their children with poisonous chemicals and non-food so awful that even if you eat mold.
